At ZeNK private Limited, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions where goods need to be returned. Below is our return policy, which outlines the conditions and processes for returning items.

General Conditions for Returns
- Goods can only be returned with prior written approval from ZeNK Private Limited. A completed ‘Goods Return Form’ must accompany all returns.
- Notification of intent to return goods must be made within 10 days of the delivery or invoice date. For medicinal products, if you do not hold a current wholesale distribution license, this timeframe is reduced to 7 days.
- Goods must be a current stock item and not discontinued or a special order. Special order items, discontinued lines, and medicinal products are not eligible for return under this policy and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Condition of Returned Goods
- All goods approved for return must be in perfect, sellable condition, in their original packaging, and completely free from defects or damage. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Goods returned in damaged or defective condition will void any obligation by ZeNK Private Limited to process a refund.

Responsibility for Returns
- Goods are returned at the sender’s responsibility and cost. ZeNK Private Limited accepts no responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return transit. We advise obtaining both a certificate of postage and adequate insurance.
- Return shipping costs, postage, and insurance are non-refundable. This includes the original delivery charge, as this part of our service is considered completed once the goods are delivered.

Timeframe and Handling Charges
- Goods returned after 10 days of the invoice date are subject to the following handling charges:
- Within a week: 20% of invoice value or a minimum charge of €15.00
- Within 30 days: 25% of invoice value or a minimum charge of €15.00
- After 30 days: Returns will be handled at the sole discretion of ZeNK Private Limited

Non-Refundable Items
- Special order items, discontinued products, and medicinal goods are not eligible for return under this policy unless otherwise specified in writing.
- If part or all your order is returned, the original delivery charge will not be refunded, as the delivery service was already provided. In cases where incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods are returned, the delivery charge for sending a replacement will not be applied.
