Delivery Charges
We apply a flat delivery charge of Euro 10 for deliveries within Ireland unless otherwise stated.
- Please note, large items, items requiring installation, or pallet deliveries may incur additional charges. These will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Delivery Conditions
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
- A valid telephone number (preferably a mobile number) must be provided with each order to ensure successful delivery.
Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
- Saturday and Sunday delivery are not available at the moment, However, if you require urgent delivery, please contact us at info@zenkgroup.com, and we will explore possible special delivery arrangements.
Delivery Liability
- While we expect all deliveries to arrive on time as specified, ZeNK Private Limited cannot accept liability for delayed or lost deliveries caused by external factors beyond our control.
Signature Requirement
- A signature will be required upon delivery. The signature of the person at the delivery address will serve as proof of receipt of the order by the intended recipient.
